Cant reccomend enough! My 18yr old lady cat was deteriorating fast and I had to make the hardest decision to let her go as she had given up and couldnt bear to see her in pain.The staff ( Louise,Carolyn and Marie)were warm, kind and very professional toward me and my old girl, reassuring me and giving her hugs and kisses.it was very dignified and there was no pressure to leave quickly. A few days later, Ive received a lovely condolences card through the post with some forget-me-not seeds to plant.I personally thought it was a kind gesture and really appreciate the way they all handled it! THANKYOU so much for making such a hard decision that tiny bit easier with the way it was handled!!
