A friend attended a viewing and the employee let her in and told her to have a look around without guidance whilst she attended to other viewers...Still waiting to see the kitchen as she told the other viewer to call the office and pay the fee before there was a chance to put an offer forward after travelling a long way to view. Still waiting for an apology would not advise to use this company I know I wont after the customer service she has received.
