Ignorant staff. Waiting times are atrocious. Smelly little dark hole. Filthy. Sent medication for delivery to a woman with dementia to take unsupervised despite expresss instructions not to. Dont turn up early as the pharmacist wont be there. Use boots. Use anywhere but here.
Despite waiting the obligatory 72 hours to collect a prescription, as usual it wasn't ready so a friend had to wait 45 minutes. They were short of 2 meds so I now have to go back tomorrow and suffer another wait. Unfortunately it's the only local chemist.And as mentioned in another review, they don't answer the phone.
1 staff member is particularly in a constant mood! not at all approachable. And they never answer the phone
Worst chemist I've been in staff always seem moody and wait times are always ages. Place even got my address wrong on and had to wait longer
