Unfortunatly was quoted for cleaning 2 settees and a living room carpet but no e got done.First settee couldnt be cleaned because it was "real leather".Second couldnt be cleaned because it had a stain that might spread and he couldnt take the chance.I have no idea why the carpet wasnt cleaned he just told my daughter it was pointless hanging around.Maybe in future the company should not quote over the phone but actually turn up to do physical quote as any professional trades person would.
