Great place to train full of friendly people
Fantastic little gym. Have an app where u can book or cancel classes. Variety of memberships but I love the ability to attend single classes so fab for people on shifts. Highly rate as a disabled person, coaches assist and give guidance. Everyone is friendly and classes are small so you get the personal touch. A positive place to be
This gym is so chilled out. The atmosphere is great and everyone Ive met so far have been lovely. The gym also has now introduced an online site so that you can book/cancel your own classes at ease which is a fab tool for me. They offer a great range of classes which are my go to. You can be yourself without feeling like youre in a pretentious place which is what you need if youre wanting to change yourself and gain confidence like myself. Fab!
