I care for a disabled client who was turned down by them , which is there right , however he emailed them informing them he would have to use a loan shark to which there neither replied or offered any assistance or information on the risks associated with using in licencenced lenders . As a vunrable adult I feel there should have done more to assist him . I have emailed there office 3 times asking for there complaint procedure to only be ignored . Poor customer service and care .
My experience was brilliant and i highly recomend them to anyone in financial difficultys they are more than fair and very understanding
